The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early after we had a problem at another apartment. The pool area was the nice and the room was spotless

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Nice atmosphere. Relaxed. Very clean.
Every person needs their own individual keycard for pool entry. Which could potentially cause issues with losing them. Not allowed to bring the towels from room to the pool. Rented towels at the pool (per day) is strictly cash only… nowadays it’s rare to be limited to cash only.

The receptionist lady was Amazing, I believe her name was Patricia, Extremely good at her job and Welcoming, Beautiful pool resort area with bar and restaurant, great walking location to anything you need and New Town restaurants and bars, room was clean
The room was very tired and used, wore out and old tables chairs bathroom, definitely needs a refresh, they do clean it well and it is a very nice size studio room with nice balcony but very tired looking and used, could be amazing
