Fantastic location lots of open space around the pool area the staff were brilliant, so helpful

Didn't have the breakfast, room was very tired looking and grubby in parts ie tile grouting, marks on walls, room number falling off, small uncomfortable bed.

Most of it could have been better

One of our group had his bag stolen from the luggage store and the manager was very rude and unhelpful, the police came and couldn’t view cctv for 2 weeks!! Passport,money etc gone

Upgraded rooms are modern and well equipped. Coffee shop oh la latte at the front is great for coffee breakfast and lunch. Spar shop within hotel also reasonable. Location was ok shops and restaurants nearby and not too far to walk to places. Staff polite. Use bolt to get cheaper taxi. Hotel can order taxis for you but these are on meters

Pool area is awfully tired and unclean. Put me off even going in the water. Hotel is huge so if family or friends staying in a room it could be miles apart. Corridors long and dark. Lifts a bit iffy. Upgraded rooms have the worst balcony. Small and no sun facing front of hotel. 1st and 2nd floor rooms balcony’s facing pool are huge and suntraps. Although older style Rooms. Ask for room Overlooking pool or gardens. Facilities are mixed in rooms - we had two upgraded rooms one had an electric kettle and air fryer the other had stove kettle and a toaster. Both had washing machines and walk-in showers.
