Luna Miramar Club

Hotel location was ideal, close to shops beach nothing seemed to far. Good access to taxi/ubers. Lift & accessibility to all areas were all on point. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful, they assisted me to bring up my luggage which was a god send - thank you all so much for an extremely pleasant stay. I was given the room 602 which l requested as l stayed it before which eased my sleep, when l arrived. Sea view from my balcony - fantastic! Good lighting in and outside the apartment.

Fridge shelving was broken and maintenance drilled a screw in it to keep it in place. Needs an airfryer added to the kitchen and all the same cutlery in drawers.. Pool area glass surround on the top deck looked extremely dirty and could do with an intensive clean. Staff could do this from the bar as its extremely slow and often staff are on their personal mobiles. The toilet in room 602 it took extremely long to fill after flushing l think there's a problem there, please have thischecked.. Housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't wipe away ring from where my mug was placed on the bedside table. A few times towels or bath mat was forgotten but it was quickly rectified. The bathrooms, restaurant and bar areas could do with redecorating bath tiiles and eating areas looks a bit uninviting stained or just tired doing this might improve usage. A lizard got into my room, a night porter hit it behind the pull out sofa not sure if he killed it but he didn't remove it just told me "ld be ok" and left so l hardly sat in the settee in case it reappeared...he should have disposed of it properly.
