One of the best properties i have stayed at. The rooms were great but the service (hospitality) was top notch and stole the show. Great experience!

This is the second time I chose to stay with JW, so clearly I had lined the first time. They have made lot of changes on the premises to take care of lot of guest friendly aspects. The facility is more clean and upscale. A big shout out to Shahbad, for helping me with the small transportation and luggage issue. He is approachable and considerate.
The room had a distinct wet moldy smell. The guest relation needs a lot of work. Specially because I had stayed with ITC 4 days prior and I saw a huge difference. I had to check twice for the issues.
