I had such a wonderful and peaceful stay at the Hilton. The hotel is very calm, and the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. I truly appreciated staying here just before my return to France. I absolutely do not regret my choice. Everything was perfect, from the service to the room, and I could really feel that the entire team genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of its guests. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for this beautiful experience. ❤️

The hotel makes an impressive first impression. The entrance and lobby are beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere that gives you a genuine wow feeling when you first walk in. Unfortunately, that initial impression was probably the highlight of my stay. The mattress was reasonably comfortable, and having a proper table and chair in the room was useful for attending to office work. The breakfast had a decent variety of options, although the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel does have a certain old-world character that some guests may appreciate, but personally, I felt its charm was largely limited to the entrance and lobby.

For the price and five-star reputation, this hotel was a major disappointment. The beautiful lobby creates a wonderful first impression, but unfortunately, most of the charm ends there. The steep entrance ramp makes taxi access difficult, while Uber pickups are confusing due to multiple hotels sharing the location. The outdated baggage scanner damaged my sweets and cake, with no assistance offered. At check-in, staff mistakenly charged my international card significantly more than required, later arranging a refund but leaving me with transaction losses. The hotel feels extremely old, almost like an ageing lady covered in excessive makeup to hide her age. My executive-floor room was cramped, smelled unpleasant, and had a poorly planned layout. The exposed bed corners were painful obstacles, the bathroom was tiny, and the bathtub looked uninviting. Old furniture, painted wardrobes, and questionable finishes added to the disappointment. Even the reusable glass water bottles with troublesome metal caps did not inspire confidence. Breakfast was another disappointment. The underground, windowless restaurant was crowded, noisy, and poorly organized. Food stations were scattered across three corners, forcing guests to squeeze between tables. Food quality was average, presentation could improve, and the occasional loud live music made the experience even less relaxing. Staff were polite but often appeared mechanical rather than genuinely attentive. Finding the gym was practically a treasure hunt through corridors, a tiny squeaky elevator, and the spa. The gym itself was small with ageing equipment. At 5 AM, lights and AC were off, and staff seemed unaware of its advertised 24-hour availability. Even the complimentary fruit looked old. Overall, this is an ageing property relying too heavily on its Hilton name and impressive lobby. The facilities, service, and comfort simply do not justify the premium price.
