We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Mumbai and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. A very special thank you to Prapti from the restaurant, who was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. Her warm personality and excellent service made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Marshall, the restaurant manager, for his professionalism, hospitality and the way he looked after us. Our sincere thanks also go to Rajendra, as well as all the wonderful hosts and hostesses at the restaurant. Everyone greeted us with such warmth and kindness and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We also want to compliment the housekeeping team. Our rooms were always beautifully cleaned and maintained, and we truly appreciated their hard work and attention to detail. In fact, every member of staff we met at The Leela Mumbai contributed to our experience from the restaurant team and housekeeping to the staff at the entrance, security and everyone working behind the scenes. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and exceptionally well maintained, but it is the warmth and hospitality of the people who work here that made our stay truly special. We genuinely felt at home during our stay and left Mumbai with beautiful memories. Thank you, Prapti, Marshall, Rajendra and the entire team at The Leela Mumbai, for taking such wonderful care of us. Absolutely nothing. There was honestly nothing disappointing about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful hotel and cleanliness to the exceptional hospitality and service of the entire team. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return to The Leela Mumbai.

Firstly the location., The entire team at teh breakfast room was excellent and went the extra mile for us . The team at room service from the Day manager to the staff was excellent . we were extremmelly pleased that they also were at our beck and call and added to our wonderful stay at the hotel. oops not to forget the ladies and gentlemen at the hotel foyer who was always welcoming with a smile . made you feel welcomed every time we came back from our meetings

my only discomfort was that i booked with booking.com and was quoted a total of R8722,66 ZAR . when we checked in i was asked tp pay R10123.28 . Please can you explain the reason for the discrepencie in the amounts.

The location was convenient, breakfast was good, and the hotel had decent facilities and views. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the service was generally okay.

The main issue was with the payment. At check-in, I was told that my previous payment had not been received, so the lady at reception said she would only swipe my card to hold the amount. Unfortunately, I was charged again, resulting in a double payment, and I am still waiting for the excess amount to be refunded. The mattress could also have been more comfortable.
