The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan

The location alone makes this a fantastic property to stay at if you are visiting USJ. The rooms are comfortable and large enough to accommodate 4 adults comfortably (in our case). Plenty of elevators (we never had to wait for one), and it's very clean and orderly. Pricey, but it IS practically at the entrance to the park. The staff were absolutely fantastic though, and we did very much enjoy our stay.

Firstly the lack of onsen facilities is kinda a bummer, especially after a long day in the park, having to take turns in the admittedly good shower facilities is disappointing, and the laundry facilities in the hotel are somewhat lacking (as well as water and ice being on only certain floors). The washer we had access to was full of lint, so they could probably stand to check them more frequently.

The location for us was fab. After a raining day in the park we were able to go back to the room and settle. When we arrived in the morning we left our bags and the staff pre-checked us in. When we arrived back at the hotel after the day in the park our bags were already in the room waiting for us. Was a nice touch to a long and exhausting day! The location of the hotel for things to do after park closure was a bonus for us, they have a wide variety of restaurants and shops on city walk to choose from!
