It was the most convenient place for Universal Studios

I am very particular about the hotels I stay at. This was a very nice and very clean hotel. The service and food were both excellent. The only issue I had were the pillows. The pillows are very thick and very hard. My husband and son were able to sleep on them but I was not.

We enjoyed our stay in the oriental hotel and have no complaints about anything that occurred during our stay from the moment we checked in until we checked out.

This Universal property had the same quality that I have come to expect when visiting the Universal Orlando Resort. The staff was friendly upon check-in, the property was clean, and the room was comfortable. Highly recommended if you want the convenience of staying on-site just a very short walk from Universal Studios Japan.
