friendly staff, great location

Mohammad and the staff were friendly and courteous. Room, breakfast and location was perfect. Hotel was quaint and easy to get to punters and dining.

Shower head needs a little cleaning.

The location is excellent, with many of Istanbul’s main attractions, restaurants and public transport options within easy reach. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mohamad at reception, who was always friendly, welcoming and ready to help with any question or request. His attitude made our stay feel much more pleasant and personal.

There was nothing major that we disliked during our stay. As with any hotel in a central location, the area can be lively at times, but overall we were very satisfied with the experience.

Location is good, close to everything, main attractions and restaurantes, shops,etc. The hotel is clean. I paid a very low, promotional price.

No soundproofing in the windows means you will get waken up at 4 or earlier in the morning. There is construction right beside the hotel too during the day. Breakfast is not good, the food looked old and coffee was instant coffee. The bathroom did not have a place to put toiletries etc on the sink. The room is quite small and it lacks a beside table on both slides and plugs for phone charges. The worst was having to ask for the AC to be turned on or adjusted every time by phone. They do not let you turn It on or change temperature yourself in the room. It was sometimes turned off during the night and we would wake up and have to call again.
