Naylover Hotel Suites

I had an excellent experience. The property was always very clean and well maintained, and the hospitality was outstanding. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The service was excellent, and whenever I needed anything, the staff responded immediately and were always happy to help. I was so comfortable and satisfied with my stay that I decided to extend it for another week. A big thank you to the whole team for making me feel so welcome.

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. I had a very positive experience throughout my stay, and any request I had was handled immediately by the team.

I’ve been staying at Naylover Suites & Hotels whenever I’m in Amman since 2017, and it has consistently felt like a home away from home. The rooms are always exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade during my recent stay. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, especially Ahmad, whose friendliness and professionalism always make the experience even better. After so many years, Naylover remains my first choice in Amman.

Clean Professional staff Good value

Good location and overall a decent stay. Most staff were friendly. However, I was not informed that housekeeping ends at 3:00 PM. When I asked at 3:10 PM, it was refused. The housekeeping manager was rude and unprofessional. Guests should be informed of this policy in advance.
