Lagomandra Hotel and Spa

Location is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel has awesome facilities. Rooms are being cleaned every single day. Food is tasty, freshly prepared and offers a solid variety of choices.

There's not much to dislike. Actually, not sure if there's anything that would be a realistic dislike intstead of nitpicking. Maybe extend the breakfast menu since it becomes a bit boring after 7 days.

We had a wonderful stay at Lagomandra Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water just a short walk away, and the food was varied, fresh, and delicious throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Our children especially enjoyed the pool and the family-friendly environment. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly return to Lagomandra Hotel in the future.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider including beach sunbeds and towels in the accommodation package. While the additional charge is understandable and common in many resorts, having these services included would make the guest experience even more convenient and enjoyable.

The beach and sea are beautiful, clean and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and many rooms have beautiful sea views. The animation team was also excellent. Greta from Italy, the Portuguese animator and the Romanian guy were all fantastic, joyful, energetic, friendly and genuinely engaging. Also Waiter Vasilis at Elia restaurant was extremely friendly, polite and professional. There were plenty of activities every day, which is a big plus, especially for families with children.

The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a large variety of food, but unfortunately the quality and taste were quite mediocre. There was plenty of choice, but very little that we found genuinely memorable or tasty. Some of the male waiters were also rude. We also ate at Elia restaurant and were disappointed with the food. In our experience, the quality was poor for the prices charged, with some dishes seeming to be reheated rather than freshly prepared. I found it disappointing that hotel guests are charged extra for the sunbeds on the hotel’s own beach. Considering the overall price of the stay, I don’t think guests should have to pay additionally for this. The room amenities were also below what I would expect from a hotel at this price level. The shower gel and shampoos provided were very basic and, according to the labels, Made in China. For a hotel in Greece, I would have expected better-quality toiletries, preferably good Greek-made products.
