The food in the Grill Room was less than mediocre. Amongst other disappointments the cheese was so processed it was terrible. I believe it came in cellophane wrappers.
Further the service in the Aazure restaurant at breakfast was really poor. It took 25 minutes to receive two pots of tea and they were served cold.
Further the poached eggs we order were cold and not to order and neither was the bacon. On replacement my plate was cold which made the food cold in a minute or two and my wife’s did not receive her bacon. That arrived well after she had finished eating the egg. Completely ridiculous.
Finally, we saw two guests trip over the wheels that have been added to the bases of the umbrella’s. One elderly lady hurt her ankle badly. These are clearly a safety hazard.
