Just about the perfect halt. Especially at the price. Staff went out of their way to accommodate the needs of a less able member of our party. Perfectly placed for exploring a beautiful city. Nearby secure parking very helpful

Couple of things. 1. The lady at the reception was personable 2. Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the main square and there is an underground parking (Bierkof) nearby. 3. The room was clean. Pretty much everywhere inside. No stains on carpets. No musty smell, they left the windows open to let fresh air in, which I really appreciate. Spotless faucets and glass.Hallway decoration was minimalistic and neat. 4. The lounge area was empty and warm.If you fancy a quiet intimate chill out place then that’s where you need to hide. Wine was good too.

Nothing really within the properties control I’d say. It’s noisy at night as people are talking outside. Brugge for some reason is lively at night. Rooms facing the roadside. We got room 313. When you close the windows it got better.

Room lighting, air conditioning and having a fridge/kettle.Xmas decorations.Location and Two lifts.No 1 and No 2 buses run to and from the train station and drop you within 100 yards of the hotel.

Sound insulation -I could hear family upstairs and children running around at 6am and person next door taking a shower.Unstable bedside shelf. Drain smell- this was very pungent from the shower waste. I came across 4 different reception staff in 2 days and service was variable. Stairs between second and ground floor were a little precarious with winders.
