Staff were friendly and nice clean room, breakfast was good too.
Bed and pillows weren't that comfortable.

Lovely hotel in the heart of city, great facilities, rooms are excellent, can’t wait to be back in February
Rooms can be too warm but everyone is different and there are fans in the room if you need one

Perfect location for convenience to shops, public transport, city centre. The room was just right in size, comfortable bed, and good facilities for tea/coffee making. Clean and tidy shower room/toilet. Decent price for breakfast which offered a great selection of continental and cooked food.
I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like. The accommodation and hotel was just right for our visit.
