Easy walk to hotel from Innsbruck train station through the old city. Clean room, basic breakfast, friendly staff. Fridge was useful.

Expensive considering the age and tiredness of the property.

Basic but friendly hotel.

Our room was located just inside the front door and opened onto the main corridor to reception so it was very noisy especially on the Saturday night. Buffet breakfast had very limited choice, although what was provided was all nice enough No bar at the hotel and restaurant only open for breakfast so it really is just somewhere to sleep and leave your stuff while you go out. We were entitled to the Innsbruck free public transport scheme which was invaluable for our stay. But we had to ask for it and I heard someone else having the same conversation at reception. This should be given automatically upon arrival as if you didn't know you would be really missing out. However, when I did ask, the cards were printed out within a few minutes.
