Blackhome Innsbruck City Center

Foi Otimo, bem legal

Pulizia ottima. Bagni efficienti. Frigo e lavastoviglie perfetti. Verandina per fumare fuori: bellissima. Zona abbastanza centrale, si raggiunge il centro a piedi.

Pochi punti di appoggio. Non c'è abbastanza spazio per mettere valigie e vestiti

Good location, clean apartment. We were 8 of us across 2 apartments and it was reasonably spacious. Thankfully had lifts to transport our luggages. Close proximity to the train station.

Nothing as such

The location was great - close to the Old Town, but still quiet. It was also nice to have a kitchenette.

Overall, the stay was disappointing. The room felt much smaller than it appeared in the photos and had very limited space for luggage, which made a four-night stay for two people quite uncomfortable. More toiletries would also have been appreciated. Communication with the hotel was not very convenient, and WhatsApp would have been much easier than messaging through Booking.com. Our room key did not work for the common area, and although we reported it, the issue was never resolved. The air conditioning in the room also did not work properly; we informed the hotel and were told they would check it, but nothing was done. The laundry area was also dirty, with no detergent available and unclear instructions for guests. We were given one extra hour for late check-out, but at 11:00 our key had already stopped working and we had to make an expensive international call to reception to regain access. Unfortunately, despite the good location, I would probably choose a different hotel on my next visit to Innsbruck.
