Gorgeous property in the fantastic location of the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. We had a stunning room at the top of the hotel which was wonderful!
Nothing. It’s a little hard to find and the taxis can get there as it’s in a non vehicle part of town and there’s cobble stones and steep stairs in the hotel. All worth it!

Location was great, food especially breakfast was outstanding. Staff were helpful and kind.
Top floor not accessible by elevator and a little tight.

Location
Bed very uncomfortable and bathroom sink/vanity area was too dark and hard to get ready.

A beautiful quirky property right in the heart of Innsbruck. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable and made for a great nights sleep.
The shower was difficult to operate and took a long time to get warm.
