The location was excellent. Within a short walking distance from the tour pickup/drop off points. The location is within close walking/bus distance to central downtown Reykjavik. Breakfast was ample and quite adequate. The room accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. The owner was helpful in providing great hospitality and assistance as needed.
The weather is unpredictable, but that is Iceland. Prepare with the proper gear for the season. It is also an expensive city, so budget accordingly.

The staff are super friendly and so lovely. They were helpful with advice and suggestions. The whole guesthouse is lovely and extremely clean. The breakfast is huge (for me 😅). The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the little chocolate on our pillow each night 🙂
The tv didn't face the bed so it wasn't something you could do relaxing before going to sleep, but the TV also wasn't working properly so we ended up streaming on our phones instead.

"Wspaniały kameralny hotel w centrum miasta. Bardzo sympatyczni, pomocni właściciele, którzy dbają o najdrobniejsze szczegóły. Czuliśmy się w hotelu Phoenix jak w domu. Z pewnością tam jeszcze wrócimy ..."
