Had a lovely warm welcome. Location was excellent. Breakfast was lovely.
The room we had wasn’t the one shown on booking.com
There were shampoos, body wash etc left from previous guests. The attention to detail was poor. Bathroom sink was dirty and hand wash soap was thick with old soap around the pump top. Cobwebs and spiders were also sharing the room.

We knew of the property but had never stayed there, as we have relatives in the town we often visit. We will definitely look to stay here again. The rooms are large and comfortable, and we liked the calm atmosphere which was friendly and welcoming.
Always hard to say this when you have had a good stay, the bathroom was great and big, but perhaps check on the extractor fan, as towels seemed a little damp, but a minor thing.

Very large bedroom and nice bathroom
Sadly no hot water.
Lovely room, nicely maintained by wife.
Sadly didn’t like breakfast, as had owner and his strong opinions while eating, not at all peaceful.
