The location as it’s very central and close to touristic spots and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The internet connection was very poor and unreliable. The food was disappointing and could definitely be improved in terms of quality and taste. The rooms and bathrooms feel quite dated and would benefit from renovation. Soundproofing is also practically nonexistent — we could clearly hear guests in the neighboring rooms and even people outside our door, which made it difficult to fully relax.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The location was very convenient, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special thanks to Sami at the reception, who was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. His friendly attitude and excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Great location with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus from the terrace. The hotel has an elevator, and the room was clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Sami is the best! He is a very wise and kind person. He is always happy to help, and he can keep a conversation going and develop any topic in different languages. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to come back.

The location is very good and the beds were large and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the Bosherous.

Fundamentally the pictures on Booking.com gave an exaggerated rise view of the reality. Everything is rather run down. Some specifics, room for three rather small and shower room as well. No shelves in wardrobes except one used for extra pillows and one for the safe. We had to ask for an extra suitcase rack so we could live out of that. Safe refused to open on 2 days but was fixed. Lots of dust under the beds. Teabags not always replenished. Breakfast was poor and often both food and hardware were missing or in short supply. The hotplates didn't work so hot food was tepid or cold. Same offerings or minor changes. Interesting to note that the same issues have been occuring for some time.
