Hotel Cenit & Apts Sol y Viento

The room was nice and we particularly loved the pool area and breakfast there. And the staff! So lovely, friendly and helpful. A particular shout out to the reception staff who replaced my key when I lost it and the lovely lifeguard and restaurant staff.

Clean and relatively spacious. The room was ready in advance which was much appreciated.

The room could feel a bit dated.

We needed somewhere to stay kind of last minute before we could check in to our next accommodation and I'm so happy I came across Hotel Cenit and booked it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous (despite the steps to reach it) and so worth the views over the water and islands. An easy stroll into the Dalt Villa as well as the beach. Our room had a gorgeous view over the sea and it was great to have the balcony. The room was spacious and the aircon worked well, bed was comfortable and we slept well. The pool area was fantastic too, plenty of lounges and different areas to relax including the bar, the pool was big and great to cool off in. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful. Towels are available (with deposit) which was great. We were also able to store our luggage after check out and were able to use the pool area while we waited to check in to our next accommodation :)

The only thing was the showerhead in our bathroom would keep falling down in the handle so you would have to hold it which made washing my hair etc. tricky.

The property was good nice few nice room

The older staff was very rude we was 15 minutes late leaving the room one old female staff come into the room after one knock and started shouting saying she would call the police we left the room in a clean state and then she got the older male manager who was happy to shout at my pregnant girlfriend then went silent as soon as he saw me then a little bit later the older woman at reception the same old lady was very rude to me by give me a rude comment and started trying to intimidate my girlfriend by staring at her give her dirty looks the restaurant old man server was not very welcoming and as we was leaving there was a tall Spanish man with a radio who while I was getting a taxi would not stop looking at my girlfriend breasts. the young staff was nice and welcoming
