We stayed here two nights in total, one before the 3 day hike and one after. The rooms are comfortable and clean. You can get sandwiches to go for the hike (vegetarian is no problem) and rent hiking poles. The host Jorge is amazing. He is very nice and always happy to help. He also brought us to the viewpoint Cruz del Condor (and back)! We recommend spending the night here before or after the hike in the Colca Canyon; they go out of their way to help you with everything.

Pour nous c’est le meilleur endroit avant de partir au Canyon de Colca. Super accueil de deux gentils monsieur. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, bonne couette, TV, wifi, salle de bain propre et eau chaude ! Le repas du soir était à 25 soles avec boissons chaudes en illimitées, gros plus ! Petit déjeuner complet et toujours avec boisson chaude en illimitées. Ils ont gardé nos sacs pendant qu’on était au trek. 10/10 vraiment !!!!

Electricity was a bit sketchy, hot water doesn’t always work - even when leaving it running for 10 minutes (!!) as suggested at the front desk
