We were a group of 10 that travelled up from Athlone and we all loved our stay. Perfect customer service especially Lisa and Elaine. Perfect room, location, dinner, lunch and 5* comfort.

We booked this hotel as it was just a few minutes drive from the ferry where we landed at 6pm, and we had already had a long drive to Cairnryan. We drove straight into the free car park which is right outside the hotel with plenty of spaces. The staff were immensely welcoming and we had dinner in the hotel. Fabulous steak meal.
Absolutely nothing. It was great.

The hotel was clean and spacious
The staff had to be found.
The building was extremely over heated.
At breakfast when I asked about the continental breakfast I was told majority was removed to prevent the coach party of clearing it out.
