Can’t fault it

I recently spent a five-day stay at Hotel Chellal Ouzoud, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, particularly the owner, for their exceptional hospitality. The ground-floor facilities are very well equipped, and I thoroughly enjoyed having a traditional Moroccan tea or a freshly prepared espresso each morning. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the convenience of the complimentary private parking located right next to the hotel, with spaces consistently available. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Idrissi, a remarkably warm and friendly young man who provided attentive service throughout our stay. Finally, I am deeply grateful for the owner's gracious understanding when I unfortunately misplaced my room keys. Thank you once again for making my visit so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend your establishment.

Location was amazing and property was very clean. The garden was lovely also in the evening with the lights.

Breakfast was disappointing for everything else was so good. Cold bread, jam, butter and tea was not exactly a breakfast.

Nice location and posibility to park nearby. Nice garden and restaurant area.

Absolutely no equipment in the rooms - not even a shelf or bedside table in some cases. No towels or soap, when we asked for towels we got them next morning. The room and bathroom was very small. I need to mention how badly designed the door to the bathroom was - it was so small that I hit my head HARD multiple times.
