Très bon hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix et un emplacement idéal. Les chambres sont agréables et le service est appréciable. Je recommande vivement l’Hôtel Golden Flora à Béni Mellal !

Nothing just the fact that room got no view

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

One staff member was very unprofessional. I gave him the room key before going out, but when I came back, he insisted I had never given it to him. I asked him to check the cameras, but he kept saying I was wrong. After looking around, he finally found the key. The next morning, the same staff member also told me I had not paid for my stay. I was shocked because I had already paid. I asked him to check with the staff who were there the previous day, and eventually he apologized and admitted there had been a mistake. These repeated accusations were frustrating and completely ruined my mood. At the hotel restaurant, the pizza took almost an hour to arrive.
