Hotel VELSATIS

We especially appreciated the secure underground garage, which was a great surprise and very convenient for us as we were travelling with motorbikes. It gave us peace of mind knowing the bikes were safely parked. The staff was helpful whenever we needed anything.

The main inconvenience was that we had to go downstairs to request basic items such as the air-conditioning remote and hairdryer. We had booked four rooms, and we had to ask separately for the remote in each room. In some rooms, the air-conditioning remote did not work properly, so we could only turn the air conditioning on or off without being able to adjust the temperature. It would be much more convenient if these items were already available and working in every room.

The restaurant was very good and the staff were amazing. Even at 5:00 in the morning, a staff member made sure I got safely into my taxi before leaving for my run. That level of care made me feel very welcome.

The room was a little small, although it was comfortable and had everything I needed.

the receptionists are cheerful and nice, Breakfast is very good and delicious; house keepers are doing their best to keep the room clean and neat during your stay

the waiter in the restaurant doesn't smile, you don't feel welcomed by him.

Old furniture and some are dirty, takes long time to get hot water, in the morning very nose all pluming svs you heard from all rooms
