Separate entrance, clean rooms, comfortable beds,
Shower was hot, but not very powerful

Needed an overnight stop and the room was exactly what we needed. Nice and comfortable for a stop over.
We were there during a day the pub was closed, but we had clear instructions sent as to where the key would be etc.
Room was clean with plenty of tea and coffee and nice and quiet.

Breakfast was toast or cereal and was available to help yourself whenever you wanted.
Didn't really see any staff as the pub was closed Monday and Tuesday.

Lovely area
Room was dirty ,
Couldn’t have a shower as the towels are stained dusty and smelly
And very minimal facilities
Dated place , cobwebs are aplenty
Shared bathroom damp and dank
Toilet area not nice
All shared facilities and all windows and doors left open for any one to wander in
