Nightcap at Glengala Hotel

The rooms were large and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the food tasted good. The staff were extremely amazing and helpful, Alex and Tee you guys are awesome, thank you for everything!

The only problem we had was at check in that was no fault to the hotel, booking.com made a mistake that really shook the beginning of the stay but the staff were amazing and worked around the issue!

Nothing to do with hotel but booked for 3 nights stayed 0 nights as they had no rooms available, booking.com said they did but because I tried changing the booking I lost all my money tried disputing but they wouldn't have a bar of it.

Lovely apartment like room - room with double & 2 single beds, lovely bathroom, small seating area, fridge & kettle. Perfect location for visiting family in Deer Park. Easy parking. The pub area is great.

The staff, especially Josie, were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the freeway, making it easy to travel where we needed to go. The linen was clean and fresh.

The room was generally clean and tidy, however there was quite a bit of dust behind the beds. There was also no curtain on the window, only a blind, which meant we couldn't let light in during the day. It is also very close to the railway line and we could hear the train horns. The facilities were very basic, with only a kettle in the room, no toaster or microwave to heat food. Unfortunately on the day we arrived there was a plumbing issue and the hot water was only luke warm, and the next day there was no water at all. However, once it was fixed the water was nice and hot.
