Central location close to old town, quiet, big room, great shower, awesome breakfast
It was a very giid place to stay in Split and would highly recommend

Location was excellent and the room and property were lovely and well presented with good amenities.
Shower water was not hot and bathroom had an unpleasant odour (drains). Didn’t see any fire sensors in room. I think these are small fixable areas.

The location is great, on the edge of the Palace and easy to walk to the waterfront and all around town. Our room was quiet, not many rooms are going to have a great view because the town centre of Split is very built up. The hotel staff were nice, everything functioned in the room as you'd hope. Not the most amount of floor space but I don't think you'll get that many places in Split centre. No wow factor but at the same time clean, fully functioning and comparatively well-priced.

Check in was easy, location was good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.
Room was a little dark. Bread at breakfast was often finished, staff at breakfast could have been a bit friendlier.
Water leaking from the shower to the area outside of it due to poor construction. There was already water damage to the door so must be a longer standing issue. (Room 11)
