The family room was comfy and spacious, the TV area was great. Had everything we needed with two littles. The view was also great you could see all the illuminations from the window

As a big family people put prices up a ridiculous amount even though its the same space, but this hotel didn't they were reasonable with their price. A normal amount for a room. Staff were very welcoming. Explained everything straight away. Room was very spacious.
Not at all a fault with the hotel, but having a double pram was a bit difficult with getting in the hotel as there were a few steps, but wasn't too bad. The staff were kind to offer to help
