Kings Boutique Hotel

Located just south of The Pleasure Beach the hotel is idealy located to enjoy all Blackpool has to offer whilst being much quieter than the central areas. The conveniently located tram stop gives quick and frequent access to all attractions. With its private car park I was able to pull up to the front door. External appearance is similiar to many others but much better than most. The owner, Fiona, greeted me with a warm welcome and a happy smile that can't be faked. On entering I was immediately impressed with the richness and ambience of the entrance hall. The lounge/bar area maintened the style which was further enriched with carefuly selected furniture. I decided to call the look,"Blackpool Baroque" as I absolutely loved the style. I visited mid-week late in the season with only a few fellow guests. However, I'm sure this would be a great area to mix and socialise or simply play any of the board games provided. My room at the front of the hotel offered a great view out to sea. Decorated and furnished in the same style as the ground floor and hallway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and chairs in the bay window provided comfortable seating to enjoy the view. I was lucky to witness 2 stunning sunsets from there. The bathroom is by necessity small but finished to the highest standard. I chose to have the breakfast option . The usual Continental fruit and pastries was not available. The exceptional Full English more than compensated. Freshly brewed coffee, brought to the table in a pot was delicious. Far better than I am frequently offered. I stayed and thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights in late September.(for the illuminations) I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a further visit in the future.

Nothing everything was perfect

In a fabulous location first of all… directly across from the beach with a tram stop right across the road. Second we had a lovely view of the pleasure beach. Was right next door to the Big Blue and Boulevard. The place was beautiful and very clean, staff were friendly and the bed was so comfy too I had such a good sleep. Would 100% stay again.
