EVERYTHING! the room itself was clean, spacious and extremely well equipped/ furnished, as was the rest of the hotel. The brekfast was fantastic and they even made me fresh vegetarian sausages on request. The communal spaces were really nice, and the staff were very friendly. the Toilets were immaculate too. Located just by the pleasure beach, with designated parking, so couldn't be better.
I didn't stay an extra night!

excellent breakfast. room was immaculate
no hair dryer in room , no welcome little packet of biscuits , everywhere esle we stay there's always some, and after a long journey all any traveller wants is a hot drink and a snack .only 4
tea bags,at one time, had to collect more at breakfast

Breakfast was nice, location was good next to the tram stop and away from the nightlife. Right next to the beach too. The shower was nice
The place had a very distinctive smell to it when you got out the lift, in the corridors and in the rooms. It was a musty smell like stale smoke. I thought it was very expensive out of season to stay there and didnt feel the value for money. The beds were uncomfortable and our room was right next to the lift which made a loud noise through the wall every time someone used it so we didn't sleep very well.
