Rydges North Sydney

Quiet, great breakfast, helpful staff

Proximity to cricket ground

Car park sensors not working on entry snd exit number plate recognition not working. Exit button not marked clearly if there is one very stressful experience

Everything was great and easy to access. Staff were great. Food was great.

There seemed to be an issue with the garage door opening. The system was a little flawed and it kept people waiting.

Room was clean.

There were a number of things that should be working but was not - electricity outlets downstairs had no power AND no electricians to look into it. Front desk staff advising that bar is opened at 4:30pm when the advertising for happy hour says it starts at 4pm. Trying to get the same room across 3 separate bookings became a drama because the front desk staff clearly has no authority to allocate rooms beyond what the computer says. Gym was dated, small and really unappealing to use. Room cards stopped working 6 times in this period.
