Locationquite near to SaintLazare station.
I did not think the lift was big enough. Too small for 2 people with luggage.
Fortunately we are quite thin! It is not big enough for fat/obese people.
Spiral staircase is challenging.

Staff was very helpful. I asked to change my room to a lower floor because my wife does not like elevators and they changed it without issues
Space is tight as any Parisian Hotel

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but enough. Cafes and metro were all very close so just a short walk away.
The room was absolutely tiny- the smallest I have ever been in! There was no space to move. The only window in the room looked out to the back walls of two other properties. No wardrobe or shelf space either. Our bathroom sink was blocked which we realised at night when we came back from dinner. And there was only one staff at the reception to sort it out with an array of tools and 20 mins of work.
