Urban Style Hotel Concortel Paris

The location is great and easy access

Just as any other hotels in Paris its a bit small but rooms were of the right size.

Location was great, hotel was basic but clean and had everything I needed.

The fellow at the breakfast room was not very attentive and had to wait 10 minutes or so before he came out. But once you got his attention he was very polite and prompt.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and I really appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Some of the furniture is quite old and could use an update. The bathroom could also be better equipped with toiletries, as only shampoo and shower gel were provided.

Some staff was friendly and the location was good.

We were expecting a better accomodation experience however the things we experienced was literally unbelievable. Before our arrival I received multiple phishing messages because apparently our data was stolen from the hotel’s reservation system. It was my own vigilance and not at all proactive warning from the hotel that saved me from getting scammed. When I did share this with the hotel they basically ignored and said it was their partner’s fault and claimed no responsibility. During our stay our toilet seat was broken and we had to inform the reception next day to fix. They fixed the toilet however they put all the garbage on the floor in our room and also put our towel on the floor not sure what they did with the towel. They put our window open and we got into the room it was freezing. The room was unfortunately not very clean as well as the toilet in the first floor. It had a bad smell and no toilet paper.
