The staff were most helpful & friendly. The roof top dining area was brilliant.
Not really the hotel’s fault but we had a crying baby in the next room that woke us at all hours.

The location was great and the staff treated us pretty well!
The sheets and pillow were not the best, but good overall. Laundry service was expensive

Very helpful friendly staff. We were incredibly appreciative if an early check in to facilitate making the most of our arrival day. Nice rooftop breakfast. Absolutely recommend

The best location in the historical part of the city.
Amazing staff, comfortable beds.
The family suite can easily fit 4 adults (3 comfortably).
The bathroom needs a renovation badly. A lot of scratches, weird smell after taking a shower.
Also, a lot of issues with WiFi: it barely worked for a few days, things improved later, but it was still problematic to use sometimes.
Breakfast selection wasn’t amazing, but still solid. I recommend adding more vegan options (at least oat milk).
