The staff were very helpful and assisted in arranging guides, transfers to the airport and generally assisted with good advice and tips. The breakfasts were very good and offered a good assortment.

To be honest there was nothing that we didn't like.

The location couldn’t have been better, walking distance, around 5 minutes, to major tourist attractions Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sofia, Blue mosque, Topkapi Palace, and between them Sultanahmet square-park to rest and have a snack from street vendors in a front of beautiful fountain. You feel very safe and relaxing there. A lot of restaurants and cafes with different range of prices can be found. Just by the hotel there is tram stop which will take you to the ferry and to upper part of city, where Galata tower and Taksim square are. The hotel room is almost new, recently renovated in classic style with pleasant features, it’s super clean, the bed sheets are changed every day and of very good quality, bed is very comfortable. The bath slippers are provided every day new. The bathroom is modern with a good shower, rain shower and handheld shower head. Special thanks to cleaning team for keeping room tidy and super clean. Some rooms have a great view of Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque. The widows can be opened if someone doesn’t like airconditioning, which works also very well. The breakfast is healthy of good variety, vegetable salads, various fruits, freshly made scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, varied cheese and cold cuts, some turkish bread specialities, pastries, cereals, and very tasty Turkish tea and coffee, and very good classic coffee. The staff at reception is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to manager of the hotel for his helpful advices. The reception staff is very knowledgeable about recommendations for getting around the city. It is good to book with them some skip-line tickets to major attractions., prices are reasonable.

On the European side of Istanbul and located on a side street metres from the main area with trams running . Minutes walk to shops restaurants and Agia Sofia Basilica Cistern Blue Mosque and all of the main sites in town . Clean rooms amazing views if you book a room with a view of the Mosque and Bosphorus in the distance and staff were very helpful and attentive. Attended to issues very quickly . Breakfast was an amazing banquet catering to all tastes and diets. The manager extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
