Hotel Caserio

The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. When we reported that the A/C was dripping, it was fixed within a short period of time. The room was also cleaned almost every day, which was appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were several areas that could be improved. The food labels and ingredients were not always accurate or up to date; sometimes dishes had no labels at all, while on other occasions the labels appeared to be mixed up. For guests with dietary restrictions, the options were quite limited. There were not enough dairy-free choices, as most of the main dishes contained some form of dairy. There were also no dairy-free dessert options available—not even sorbet. The room itself was quite run down and is in need of a complete refurbishment. While it was cleaned regularly, the overall condition of the room did not meet the standard we expected. Finally, the hotel has events and live entertainment every night, with loud music continuing until around midnight. This is worth keeping in mind if you have had a tiring day and prefer to go to bed around 10 PM, as the noise can be quite disruptive.

Very clean and well kept, the staff was very nice and friendly. Also there was music every evening so it was always fun, also very close to the beach!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Caserío! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and has a great atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, spacious and had a lovely view. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent - close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Playa del Inglés and the Maspalomas area. We especially loved the rooftop area and the amazing views. We came here for a special holiday and Hotel Caserío made it even more memorable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gran Canaria!

Prices are ridiculously high (9€ a cocktail without alcohol) and yet they don’t allow you to consume anything no bought on site.
