Staying at Kelebek Cave Hotel was truly one of the highlights of our Cappadocia adventure! As the first and oldest hotel in Cappadocia, Kelebek carries a remarkable legacy, yet what impressed us most is how it has managed to preserve its exceptional hospitality and genuine commitment to customer service throughout the years. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and receptive to our needs. Their warmth and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It is refreshing to experience a hotel where hospitality feels so sincere rather than simply part of the job. The location is absolutely spectacular, perched above Göreme with breathtaking panoramic views of Cappadocia’s iconic fairy chimneys and extraordinary landscape. The scenery alone makes staying here an unforgettable experience, especially during sunrise when hot air balloons fill the sky. One experience that truly sets Kelebek apart is the exclusive King’s Valley farm-to-table breakfast experience, available to guests of the Kelebek hotel group. This was so much more than breakfast—it was an opportunity to connect with the land, local traditions, and authentic Anatolian hospitality. Knowing that approximately 95% of the hotel’s breakfast ingredients come directly from King’s Valley Farm makes the experience even more meaningful. The freshness, quality, and authenticity of the food are exceptional, and the beautiful farm setting makes it an experience not to be missed. The location, the ambience, the decor, the service, the restaurant food was all absolutely amazing. We had a suite with room to spread out, the view was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable and the attention to detail was perfect

Occassion smell from the plumbing which apparently is a common problem in the cave hotels but we just made sure to flush the shower, bathtub and floor vent each day to prevent it

An absolutely magical cave hotel! Amazing views of Cappadoccia from its many terraces, pool area and restaurant. Staff were fantastic - helpful and friendly. It's a short stroll to Goreme town. We stayed in a junior suite cave room which was delightful - very comfortable, and well-appointed. Such a shame that we had to leave! Highly recommend.

The hotel looked great as did the room initially. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. There were great views from the terraces.

The bed situation was horrible. To get to bed on side with wall meant walking down a step, then another step and practically falling into the bed. Very difficult for 2 people. There were steps to get from one location to another within the room. Had trouble getting hot water. Check-in person said he would get us information about special breakfast and dinner - we never heard anything.
