A very nice room spotlessly clean and very comfortable with the added benefit of friendly staff. I also had an hot tub/ jet bath in my room which was a nice bonus. Good location probably a 5 minute walk into Goreme with a good breakfast served every morning, The bed was enormous and very comfortable the whole room felt quite luxurious. There is a nice pool but unfortunately I never used it as it was little cold outside

Staff weee re e friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, the roof top terrace was nice and booking activities such as the balloon flight was done seamlessly.
Nowhere to hang items such as towels in the bathroom. Being unable to put paper down the toilets was inconvenient.

Beautiful looking hotel with very spacious franchise room and natural materials.
Huge spa bath and awesome shower pressure as well.
Breakfast was lovely and the pool lovely in the heat. Perfect for relaxing after a day of walking.
Only the lights in the outside corridor from our room but they were turned off the last two nights.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard, and the pool was a real highlight. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.
