Fantastic stay in a great location. The staff were exceptional ,so friendly, helpful and accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and I highly recommend the in-room massage service, especially after a big day exploring Cusco! The rooftop garden was another highlight, with spectacular views over the city. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided throughout the hotel to make travelling and our stay that little bit easier. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

The location couldn't be more central—just a 2-minute walk from the main square in the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. The accommodation was very clean and we had no issues at all. Highly recommended!

Location and staff were great. Bed comfortable and food pillows.

Hot water most of the time wasn’t hot. Mold issue in the bathroom. It’s really noisy when people walk in or talking anywhere in the hotel due to the way it’s constructed. Not for sensitive sleepers.
