Amazing location, very comfortable and clean, friendly staff and lovely western breakfast in a pretty courtyard. We would definitely return.

The bedrooms are quite different. Ours didn’t have a window. So check you are getting one of the nicer rooms.

Beautiful little spot in the perfect location in Cusco, very close to both San Blas and the main square. Everything was within a 10 mins walking distance. The staff were what really made it, lovely kind caring people. The beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with hot water, toiletries and soft towels. Great shower. It was very clean, with beds made and towels and bins seen to every day. Very nice to come back to at the end of the day. Similar setup to riads in Marrakesh, with a big open square. Inca walls immediately outside which is very cool. Nice and small and homey. More similar to a guesthouse or B&B. Great price for what you get.

The breakfast is quite basic but sufficient, with cooked eggs if you'd like it. Need to ask for milk. Would be nice if they used less single-use cling film. Quiet street but can hear some noise from outside the windows. Would be great to see more of the artwork from the photos around the Hotel, it looks beautiful!

Staff were friendly and helpful with early morning starts. The location is brilliant.

Temperature control in the room was limited.

The noise. Single glazed windows did nothing to keep away constant horns, sirens and shouting in the street and from 10 pm onwards the thumping of a nightclub made all sleep impossible even with earplugs. It’s a real shame, such a lovely place but being able to sleep is really a major requirement. So great place for people wo don’t mind noise, otherwise not.
