By far, THE VERY BEST HOTEL I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The staff is outstanding , in service .. Everybody there made me feel very welcome and I think about the staff . all of the staff, each and every day . I miss them. They are all forever imprinted upon my fond memories , of my wonderful visit ( twice ) and stay ( twice) at Grand Howard Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The staff surpassed my expectations of fine hotel service. Krun Ka.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I ordered room service twice and the food was tasty, nice portions and variety.
I requested a toasted tuna sandwich from the menu but was told that they do not have tuna toasted sandwiches available. I asked for my phone to be replaced as it was not working. I had to ask also the next day, then it was replaced.

Food was available late, the bar drinks tasted a bit water down, but there is a convenient store in the hotel like a 7-Eleven where you can actually buy liquor and snacks and food.
Breakfast was amazing here!
Very GRAB accessible. About 25 minutes from the red light District and soi cowboy.
Long elevator wait times in main lobby. Frequent service disruptions.

It was ok , gym not very well maintained I ate in the restaurant food very good
My shower was awful .i told them . It was either freezing or boiling .
