Location at side of Lake Bolsena and easy walk into centre.
Attractive communal entrance areas.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Excellent breakfast team working the floor.
Nice pools with lots of beds.
AVOID restaurant...hugely disappointing.
Needs tlc externally and in walkways which are dreary.
Good choice at breakfast but not great quality.
Reception staff ( maybe language barrier) not overly friendly but always somebody on Reception.
All a bit soulless over all.

Friendly staff who upgraded our room when things weren't quite right in the first one.
Dining room was used for breakfast and dinner and was lacking in atmosphere for a dinner venue.

Staff was ok I guess, nothing else we could find positive about this place. Maybe it is better in high season with something to do
Breakfast was terrible, only tried it once and went out and bought breakfast after that, TV channels only in italian, Price is WAY to high for what you get, AC suppsedly in the room but it doesnt work, only a fan that doesn heat up nor cool down the air in the room.
