Donatella was the kindest host who clearly really cares about making her guest experiences special.
We loved the view from the balcony. It was peaceful, the bed comfortable and the room spotless.
Special highlight was the little casual breakfast set up in the morning. There's a coffee/tea trolley in the room and you get fresh baked goods each day. We even tried her own olive oil on the last day!
We had trouble with train strikes to get to our next destination. She was kind enough to give us a lift.
Nothing - all perfect. The only minor improvement would be a mini fridge to keep drinks cool, but that wasn't advertised so we knew it didn't have it.

L’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari che ci ha fatto fin da subito sentire come a casa! La posizione della struttura che ha una vista unica sul lago ed è vicinissima al centro. È stato un soggiorno bellissimo

Nice view from the terrace, conftable bed, The room was very clean. We got recomendation to an excelant restorant which is 5 minutes walking from the room.
Although breakfast is formally not included, we got excellent warm croissants, jams and dairy products every morning.
It could have been nice if there was a minibar, but Donatella was so kind to keep our cold fresh milk in her kitchen, and made it available to us with the nice breakfast products she provided every morning.
