Hotel Uyut Almaty

The hotel is very comfortable and the style is very elegant and nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. ​A massive special thank you to the restaurant team and manager for going above and beyond. They helped me buy a birthday cake for my friend, reserved a lovely table for breakfast, and even sang Happy Birthday—a gesture that meant so much to us! To top it off, we returned to our room to find a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. ​Highlights of the stay: ■​Fantastic Location: Right in the heart of Almaty. It’s super convenient with bus stops, the metro, and plenty of shops nearby. It’s also just about a 20-minute walk to Ascension Cathedral. ■​Rooms & Atmosphere: The hotel hallways smell amazing! Our Deluxe Room was huge, spotless, and kept fresh daily with clean towels and prompt housekeeping. ■​Great Staff: The hotel porter, restaurant staff, and housekeepers were all exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Constructive feedback: Since reception is the very first point of contact for guests, it’s so important to make visitors feel genuinely welcomed right from arrival. I would love to see the male reception staff show a warmer, more approachable attitude to match the incredible hospitality shown by the rest of the team. ​Overall, the level of care and hospitality here made our trip to Almaty unforgettable. Highly recommend!
