The rooms are excellent
The restaurant staffs are always talking over the phone in restaurant they are not taking care of guests.
While having lunch we requested the staff to provide one small piece of cake from the buffet then they said it is chargeable.
As a diabetic patient my sugar level came down first they denied to provide after that I told them to pay eventhough they took almost 15 minutes.
I stayed many five star properties but first time this happened.

The hotel has one of the best rooms, great services and amazing food. The rooms were awesome and I would say better than many other 5-7 star hotels. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel.
I gave 5 stars for location because I chose the location, people giving less rating must know that they chose the location before the booking so why do they give less stars for the location.

Hotel needs an Upgrade of their LIFTS and the
ROOMS.
Rooms and the amenities are far BELOW 5 star grade.
Rooms are very pathetic for the price charged.
The Lifts are not working properly.
The key cards are over used and look dirty.
