We had Mount Fuji view from the room and the balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It seems to be an old property and lacks the wow factor. It requires renovation to modernise it.

Japanese traditional feeling, tatami, nice views, quiet, 80s luxury resort probably, varied breakfast (very international)

Very old furniture and hotel itself - melancholic but does not match the price; kinda remote location

Great location, clean, good team

The beds not so comfortable

The hotel is well kept and close to the lake. Surrounded by lush greenery and lawns, it has a beautiful garden out the front that frames up a great shot of the peak of Fuji on a clear day. We had a Fuji view room and woke up to a clear view of Mount Fuji right outside our window. We had a hire car, but if we didn’t; they have a convenient shuttle service to and from the station which would be helpful getting into town. They also have bikes and e-scooters for hire. We didn’t have food booked in but walked 7 mins to the konbini as well as to a charming local restaurant close to the end of the hotel driveway. Our room was clean and neat. The staff at the reception desk were all super lovely and chilled. Parking out front was easy.
