Breakfast and dinner good we had some issues with one meal which were without problem rectified by the manager. Location superb.

The room was beautiful.. I loved everything but the noise of the fridges went on all night. It did keep me awake. Which was a shame because it was a lovely room.

The accommodation manager had a bit of an attidude issue. When we asked for full details of the coeliac options, she kept on saying "just click on the QR code". It's a serious issue for us and to be told repeatedly to do this wasn't really good enough. Her attitude had a strong implication of "stupid client" to it, which was a shame. After a few times of trying to gain the necessary reassurance a good conversation would have given us, and realising that no help would be forthcoming other than the instruction to click on the QR code, we did just that. The QR code didn't work. No apology was given by this manager (although to be fair, the serving staff were more helpful)
