Accommodation was excellent

The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and relaxed as we arrived quite late and checked out slightly late. The leisure was lovely and very nice to have as an extra on site.

As it was my partner’s birthday, I had asked if they could hang a banner and blow some balloons up which they did and it made it that much more special so customer service was a amazing, as it was my first time in Cornwall I liked the close proximity to the beaches and great walks along the coast nearby, loved the property and facilities.

The only thing I could suggest to make it better would be fairy liquid and a sponge to clean the dishes as they weren’t provided and we had to go get some, and possibly that the pool facilities to be open later but that wasn’t a big deal

The bed was very comfy! And lovely location to head down the to the harbour/coast

It has a kitchen which wasn't fully equipped, the oven was sparkling however we quickly realised this was because there wasn't anything to use it. We phoned down to the office and they sent someone with 1 baking pan for us to use once someone else started their shift. The cabin we stayed in seemed a bit tatty and well used. The flooring was coming up and looked like it needed a makeover. The hot tub was fully working however the cover needs replacing as i felt it wasn't helping with the hot tub with heating up, very tatty with material peeling off it.
